Historic Restoration

Historic exterior restoration for this 180-year-old home. Complete balcony and exterior envelope restoration.

150 square foot addition and renovation to double the existing kitchen, pantry and sunroom/dining area. Replacement of existing cabinets and the installation of a marble top bar island. 6” plank red oak flooring.

Cloverdale Bathroom Renovation

200 square foot bathroom remodel to include a claw foot tube, walk-in shower and addition of closet space. Finishes to include heated floor, 12”x12” floor white marble tile, 6”x12” wall marble tile with pencil trim, and wood wainscot with custom millwork.
